Prepare infusion of fresh ginger

Peel and cut pieces of 2 centimeters from its roots. Put them in water and leave them until the water boils. Then filter it. Sweeten the boiled water with a little honey and drink it regularly. With this infusion you will prevent the occurrence of headache due to stress.
