Green Salad with Eggs
Green salad is a perfect solution to get the necessary daily doses of vitamins. What I recommend is to always use olive oil and apple vinegar as additives. They will make the salad tasty and both you and your guests will love it!
Cut lettuce, cucumbers and green onion so that to get a green mass of 250gr to 300 gr. Boil one egg for 5 minutes and cut it into four pieces. Put everything in a bowl and pour over olive oil and fruit vinegar. Avoid putting any salt in.
This is a recipe for a single person. If you plan to invite guests just multiply the quantities by the number of guests.
