Hot Tea Or Broth

It makes my whole body feel calmer and more relaxed to feel the warmth and slatiness go down into my belly. Or tea with no sugar. It's hard to go wrong with for me. Its the first thing i try to remember to do when i feel a big wave of anxiety or fear.
