I Just Feel Cold and Yawn

by Pavel Stoyanov

The main sources of my stress are traveling and insufficient sleep. Until recently I was 100% traveler which means that I was exposed to a constant change. I was not just changing the countries where I had to work on a weekly basis, the projects I was working on were subject to change as well.

This on and off mode was extremely loading. Striving to be efficient and to finalize the work on time at the top of traveling on a constant basis, this is what I call stress generating lifestyle!

So, I was just feeling cold. It is not like the cold during winter time though. Of course my steps and palms were almost always cold but what I am talking about is a strange feeling of creeps all over the back and the neck areas.

I can not define how exactly it was happening. It was lasting for half an hour and was happening several times per day. Especially when I was not able to sleep well this feeling was particularly distinct in the mornings. It was making me yawn as well. I could easily be yawning for 10 min at intervals of 30 seconds...

I noticed that it was disappearing once I had a long rest or I canceled traveling for a while. Thus my only conclusion was that the reason for experiencing these physical effects is stress caused by the traveling and insufficient sleep.
