Mackerel in Foil

The dish is rich in nourishing proteins; it is easily digested and is indispensable for any diet. Mackerel contains 18.6% protein, 14.5% fat, vitamins B3, B5, B6 and minerals - selenium, calcium fosvor. Fats contained in fish are called omega 3 and omega 6 fats. They support heart health, improve sleep and have a proven positive effect in combating stress. Fish contains virtually no carbohydrates and is therefore suitable food for dinner or after workouts.

Ingredients for one portion
A mackerel
4-5 black pepper grains
1 bay leaf
2 slices lemon
olive oil
1 sheet foil

Preparation
Cleaned and washed mackerel is put on a sheet of foil; put the black pepper grains, bay leaf and lemon slices in the fish tummy. Spread with olive oil and turn as an envelope. Put it in a dry pan and bake for about 25- 30 minutes.
