whenever you get really stressed, or feel overwhelmed or angry at anything, try what i do. i go to a secluded place, where i have hung my punching bag. beat the crud out of it. this is what i find works for me. after you reel you have relieved your anger, take 30 minutes and sit in either the heat, or the cld, whatever u like, and think about the entire situation and try to understand why u are stressed, and try to understand where the person you are angry at is comming from. it also helps to just sit and relax it total peace and quiet, even if its only for 5 or 10 minutes. and always remember, whatever you are going through, someone somewhere somehow has it was worse than u do. so keep your head up, keep a posative attidude, and life goes on.
