Our bodies react to stress exactly the same way whether or not we have good reasons of being stressed.
The body does not care if we are right or wrong. Even if we feel perfectly justified in getting angry, even if we tell ourselves it is the healthy response – we pay for it just the same. You always get hit by the hormones, the negative emotions pile up, impurities stuck in your channels and block them and little by little you become a sick man.
I know it is easy to write and hard to act. But we have to not give up. The key to successfully manage stress is to blend in working stress management techniques as daily routines to counter the stressors which are already around us.
