Tea for Relaxation

I would like to share with you a unique recipe of a tea for full relaxation.

Ingredients:
Melissa officinalis, Mentha, Valeriana officinalis, Humulus lupulus L, Ocimum basilicum, Hypericum perforatum

Preparation:
Equal quantities of the herbs are mixed well. Two heaped teaspoonfuls of the herbs are poured with 250 g of boiling water. The tea soaks 10-15 minutes and must be strained. You have to drunk it at once, bottom up. The daily dose is 2-3 teas. You can sweeten with honey.
